At ReplicaShop.in, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a strict Return & Refund Policy to protect both buyers and our business. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

✅ Accepted Cases:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged/defective product

  • Significant quality mismatch (verified by our team)

❌ Non-Eligible Cases:

  • If the correct item is delivered as described (no refund, exchange only at our discretion)

  • Buyer’s remorse (change of mind, wrong size choice, etc.)

  • Minor imperfections that do not affect usability


2. Return Process

Step 1: Contact us within 3 days of delivery at [support@replicashop.in] with:

  • Order number

  • Photos/video of the issue

  • Reason for return

Step 2: Our team will review & approve (if valid).

Step 3: Ship the item back (unused, original packaging) to our warehouse.

Step 4: Once received & inspected, we’ll process an exchange/store credit (refunds only in rare cases).

⚠️ Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error.


3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are rare and issued only if we confirm a major fault on our end.

  • If the correct item is delivered as ordered, no refund will be granted—only exchange/store credit (if approved).

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.


4. No Refund Guarantee on Correct Deliveries

🔒 Important: Once an order is delivered accurately as described, ReplicaShop.in is not obligated to provide a refund. Customers may request an exchange (subject to approval) or store credit instead.


5. Exceptions & Final Decisions

  • All return requests are finalized by our team—no disputes will be entertained after a decision is made.

  • We reserve the right to deny returns if policy conditions are not met.
